Red Velvet superfoods energy balls

Ingredience na 20 kuliček

  • 100 g mandlové mouky
  • 1/3 hrnku goji
  • 1/3 hrnku datlí
  • 1/3 hrnku brusinek
  • ½ čajové lžičky skořice
  • 2 čtverečky 90% čokolády nebo 6 kakaových bobů
  • 1 čajová lžička vanilkového proteinu
  • 1 čajová lžička natural proteinu

Postup

Goji, datle a brusinky namočíme na 3 h do vody.

Všechny ingredience (kromě čokolády) dáme do mixéru a mixujeme až do podoby těsta. Pokud je hmota moc hustá, přidáme vodu. Nakonec vmícháme malé kousky čokolády a vytvarujeme malé kuličky a dáme do lednice vychladit, kde vydrží i týden.

  • 1/3 cup of goji
  • 1/3 cup of dates
  • 1/3 cup of cranberries
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 pieces of 90% dark chocolate or 6pieces of cocoa beans
  • 1 tsp of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp of natural protein powder

Methode

Put goji, dates and cranberries to the cup with water and let it be for 3 hours.

Put all ingredients (except chocolate) to the blender and blend it and blend it until a dough form. If the dough is too dense add water.

Add small pieces of chocolate to the dough and shape small balls 😉 Put the balls in the fridge. Balls can be there for a week.
