Very rich porridge for almond lovers

Velmi sytá kaše pro milovníky mandlí

Tato kaše je díky obsahu tuků (těch zdravých) opravdu velmi sytá a osvědčila se mi například pro dny, kdy vím, že nestihnu dopolední svačinu 🙂

Ingredience na 1 porci

Postup

Všechny suché ingredience dáme do hrnce, přidáme banán nakrájený na kulaté plátky, mandlové mléko, vodu a zahřejeme. Dobře mícháme asi 5 minut než kaše začne bublat. Odstavíme hrnec z vařiče, kaši nalijeme do misky a ozdobíme mandlovým máslem, mandlemi, čokoládou, malinami, meruňkou, kokosem a DOBROU CHUŤ!

This porridge is really very rich due to the amount of healthy fats. I appreciate it for example for days when I know I will not get the morning snack 🙂

Ingredients for 1 serve

Methode

Put all dry ingredients into the pot, add banana round slices, almond milk, water and heat. Blend well for about 5 minutes until porridge starts to bubbling. Remove pot from the cooker, pour porridge into a bowl and decorate it by almond butter, chocolate, raspberries, apricot and coconut flakes. ENJOY!
